Futures of Education Seminar – Community-based Science Education: Two Innovative Programs

Date: Tuesday, February 11 at 9:00am-10:30am PST

On February 11th at 9:00am PST we will be having a zoom seminar on Community-based Science Education. Bud Mehan and Allie McCarthy from UCSD/Groundworks and Jasmine Nation and her colleagues at Cal Poly will be telling us about their programs. We will be joined by Richard Duran from U.C. Santa Barbara. 

The session will begin with brief presentations about each of the programs to be followed by discussion. Please feel free to pass along this message and the attached readings to your colleagues and students.
