Brazilian. Ph.D. candidate in Education at the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), in the research area Teacher Education and Other Educational Agents. Holds a Master’s degree in Education from the Federal University of Alfenas (UNIFAL/MG), in the research line Cultures, Practices, and Processes in Education, focusing on School Practices, Didactics, and Curriculum. Graduated in Pedagogy from José do Rosário Vellano University (UNIFENAS). In addition, she is an active member of the Research Group on Teacher Education: Didactics and Curricula (GPFDDC) at UNIFAL/MG and of EDIPIC – Study and Research Group on Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood in Context at UFSCar. Her research interests focus on early childhood teacher education, especially didactic-pedagogical preparation in initial teacher training, as well as public policies, didactics, and critical-reflective curriculum analysis.
